We are a rapidly growing i502 recreational marijuana tier 3 producer/processor in the Kirkland area. This is an entry level opportunity for persons interested in high growth potential.
We are looking for some full time help mainly in our packaging and trimming departments. You do not need any experience in the cannabis industry for this position, but it does help. Experience in any other aspects of the i502 industry will also help, especially if you have a background in sales. As there will potentially be opportunity for growth.
Starting wage is $12.00/hour.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Trimming cannabis.
Running the trim machine.
Sorting flower in various sizes.
Weighing out the marijuana(bud and shake) in various sizes.
Placing labels and barcodes on the packages correctly and neatly.
Prepping bud or shake for for packaging.
Putting orders together in a timely and organized manner.
General cleaning duties.
Skills required:
Attention to detail: The bags you packaging must look good and be consistent. Every single bag should look like a bag of weed that you would be happy buying from a store. Weed that is trimmed should be neat and cleaned up nicely.
Ability to do repetitive tasks over and over again: Weighing out weed can be very repetitive. You must be able to stay focused and keep on task while doing it. Same goes for trimming, it is a very monotonous task. You must have the mental capabilities to handle it.
Reliable: Reliability is key. We are constantly receiving orders from retail stores and we need to get them out in a timely manner. Trimming need the most reliable people, always something to trim. If you are not reliable, do not apply.
Be flexible: Duties can change without warning. You must be able to jump from one thing to another without a problem.
Organization: You must be able to stay organized while working and moving between tasks. Cleaning up after yourself is very important.
