Job Summary
Hydroponics Products: Brand Ambassador / Territory Rep.
Mac & Fulton Talent Partners is looking for qualified brand ambassadors for hydroponics products to manage accounts in various parts of California.
Responsibilities:
- Drive distribution of hydro products in specific markets.
- Work with distribution partners in the execution of marketing plans
- Manage accounts at retail hydro locations and commercial cultivation operations
- Provide exceptional educational and detailed customer service
- Protect confidential elements of company products and operations
- Generate social media content and control merchandizing
- Train staff and store members on new products
- Provide detailed weekly reports on calls and customers
- Work independently in specified territory, maintaining integrity and honesty
Qualifications:
- A. in horticulture or biology desired
- Minimum of two years in outside sales / brand ambassador role with hydroponics stores
- Deep knowledge of hydroponics / indoor gardening industry and products
- Cannabis cultivation knowledge
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated
