Job Description : The Human Resource Manager guides and manages the overall functions of Human Resources policies and procedures within the Company. The Human Resource Manager is responsible for recruiting, screening and placing talent within the organization and also handling employee relations, payroll, benefits and training. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities
Human resource point of contact for the multi-state organization
Multi-state, bi-weekly payroll processing and reporting
Oversee recruitment of talent and perform all hiring and onboarding tasks
Schedule and assist company managers with employee evaluations
Lead the employee reward and recognition plan
Direct disciplinary procedures
Maintain employee files and paperwork in the company’s HR software system
Manage the company’s compensation and benefits program
Provide training to employees on topics directed by management
Perform general administrative duties related to company and employee matters
Ensure compliance with regulatory matters concerning employees
Policy development and documentation
Job Qualifications
Required
BA degree, preferably in human resources management, business administration or a related field
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills for multitasking and interacting with team members
Experience in employment law
Above average written and spoken communication skills
5+ years of human resource experience
Preferred
Master’s degree in human resource management
