As the HRIS Analyst, this well-organized individual will serve as an HRIS expert to find process improvements and functionalities. This person will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the HRIS systems and related interfaces, reporting, assisting the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives related to the use of HRIS applications, systems, and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support the organization’s transition from Paycor to Ultipro

  • Manage the company's HR Information System (UltiPro) and related HR applications

  • Analyze and recommend enhancements and customizations to our HR Information System

  • Continually evaluates and identifies areas and processes to improve or automate

  • Creates and maintains reference materials and provides on-going support and training for end-users.

  • Work with various Internal and External vendors on HR related integrations and interfaces

  • Fulfill ad hoc and recurring data requests from internal customers

  • Continually increase HRIS knowledge through participation in user groups, webcasts, trainings, etc. to ensure best practices and to keep up on current trends

  • Acts as an administrator for the HRIS system. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

  • Answers/responses to escalated questions, requests, education and errors in a timely matter

  • Audits data on a periodic basis to ensure data integrity

  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation as well as train employees/Managers on new processes/functionality.

  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues, determining root cause and resolution

  • Participate in development of strategic initiatives in HRIS system including, but not limited to: Compensation, Benefits (building plans, file feeds, configuring open enrollment), Payroll, Performance Management, and Learning.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • At least 2 years of HRIS experience-UltiPro strongly preferred

  • Expertise with application software including spreadsheet and word processing applications

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with solid customer service skills

  • Proactive with strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to think logically and critically to create innovative solutions to complicated problems

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel

  • Ability to focus on multiple competing priorities

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

  • Excellent attention to detail
