We’re currently seeking a human resources generalist and administrative assistant. Our ideal candidate has some HR experience and an energetic, positive attitude. Responsibilities:

-Manage hiring process: create job description with manager input, screen resumes, conduct first round interviews and coordinate additional interviews as needed

-Conduct on-boarding for new employees and work with other departments as needed to create a smooth process, such as IT and finance

-Run payroll for hourly and salaried staff

-Administer benefits: assist employees with obtaining benefits and conduct annual evaluation of policies for plan quality and cost-effectiveness

-Maintain employee handbook and all other policy documents

-Conduct twice yearly review process and pay review process

-Manage employee culture programs such as company meetings, team bonding budgets, parties and others

-Assist as needed with other tasks as assigned by executive team or other managers

Required Skills and Proficiencies:

-1+ year HR Generalist experience and 2+ years of office administrative work

-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Aptitude for planning, process and documentation
-Excellent communication skills with a broad range of employees
-Ability to work independently and with discretion
-Creative problem-solving skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Knowledge of WA State regulations
-Able to adapt to changes as needed
-Numerically adept
-Solid tech skills
