The largest Cannabis Oil Company on the West Coast is looking for a passionate and professional individual to fill the entry level role of Human Resources Coordinator. We need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you'd like to be a part of cannabis history we have the job for you.

We are looking for a high-performing HR professional to help us meet employee onboarding demands and benefits coordination. You will be responsible for HR process support and explaining insurance policies and programs to employees.

The successful candidate will have three primary deliverables:

  • Be passionate about the Cannabis industry and Cura’s “Everything is Possible” culture. That is at the heart of who we are, and every team member must feel the same sense of ownership, innovation, and hustle as we shape the industry across the U.S and around the world.
  • Support the HR department with benefits administration, onboarding, administrative support and other actives as they arise.
  • Obsess over improving and simplifying things – processes, tools, communication, and measures.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for the following.

  • Employee orientation process.
  • Support company employee communication.
  • Benefits administration and recordkeeping.
  • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned by the CA HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Skills in record keeping.
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred

  • HR experience
  • Experience in the cannabis industry

Compensation

  • Depending on Experience.
