We are looking for a world-class HR Director to build our team of 100 to the world’s best team of 350. Is this You?

To do this, we need the perfect coach for the team; an HR Director who knows how to onboard and motivate a team as well as how to navigate the legal challenges that come with combining HR laws and rapidly changing cannabis laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop corporate plans for various HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
  • Support the HR Department and Leadership by developing strategies for performance evaluations, staffing, training, and development etc.
  • Manage all HR initiatives, systems, and strategies
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
  • Monitor adherence of internal policies and legal standards
  • Report HR Data Analysis and metrics to senior management
Requirements

  • Proven experience as HR Manager/Director
  • Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet company objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management philosophies and best practices
  • A business acumen combined with great attention to the human element
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
  • BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources a plus
