Horticulture Lighting Regional Sales Manager

About the position
- Manage full sales cycles from product introductions to purchase orders
- Work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their goals and challenges and work with our engineering team to introduce the best solutions
- Develop and nurture relationships stakeholders throughout the industry
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, expos and networking events
- Travel: up to 75% domestic and international expected Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum five years experience with business-to-business sales. Lighting or horticulture experience preferred but not required
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
- Experience handling long sales and often complex sales cycles
