Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in and be a part of the fastest growing new market in America, the Hemp/CBD industry.

Lady Grey Pharms is the first Las Vegas strip based CBD specialty retail kiosk opening at the Fashion Show Mall this July. We offer a varied selection of top name, medical grade CBD brands in categories ranging from tinctures, vapes and edibles to topicals, concentrates and isolates. All of our products are 100% hemp derived CBD containing 0% THC.

We are looking for highly motivated and engaging individuals that are passionate about wellness and improving the lives of others. As a CBD retail associate you will be responsible not only for selling products to customers, but educating them on the benefits of CBD and providing them with a remedy that will improve their well-being. A little fanaticism about the industry doesn't hurt either.

The ideal candidate will have significant sales experience, as well as knowledge of the hemp/CBD industry and/or personal experience with hemp and cannabidiol based nutraceuticals. Significant sales experience is required for applicants with little to no knowledge of CBD infused dietary supplements and oils.

You must work efficiently with customers to determine their individual needs, answering their questions about our CBD products, and recommending solutions.You need to also promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum satisfaction.

The job will offer an hourly base pay PLUS a commission on sales. There are 50,000 people a day going through the Fashion Show Mall providing an incredible opportunity to strong sales people. This is currently a part time position with the possibility of progressing to full time in the future.

This is a very fast paced and competitive work environment and experience working well under pressure is necessary. Shifts may require you to remain on foot for up to 6 hours at a time, especially when on your own.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on product features
• Educating customers about our CBD products, the available options, and how they work
• Having a genuine interest in Hemp and CBD, and a willingness to learn more and teach others of its benefits
• Clearly communicating the value of CBD products
• Maintaining a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding the laws behind CBD and hemp
• Staying on top of new products and industry changes through direct training and/or independent learning
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Hands on experience with POS transactions, credit card and cash handling
• Performing opening and closing procedures
• Maintaining stock levels and compliance with inventory control procedures
• Maintaining an organized, clean and presentable operation at all times
• Adjusting, replenishing and cleaning of all display areas throughout your shift
• Processing and tagging merchandise
• Keeping a professional appearance
• Promptness, reliability and honesty

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 or older to apply
• Previous experience with cannabis or hemp products preferred (budtending or dispensary/cannabis industry experience a big plus)
• 2+ years sales and cashier experience preferred
• Key holder experience preferred
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Outgoing, highly motivated, approachable, friendly and welcoming with people
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
• Able to stand and move for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Be dependable, ready to work when at work, and on time always
• Computer proficient with Windows, Excel, Word and POS systems
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• This is a drug free and alcohol free workplace
