We are currently seeking a Growth Manager to work in our Marketing department at our headquarters in Seattle, WA.
What you’ll be doing:
The Growth Manager will contribute to Leafly’s success by defining customer-centric CRM strategies, while implementing & optimizing them across a global audience. This team member will focus on programs supporting the millions of consumers in Leafly’s marketplace.
This position requires an individual who is capable of balancing duties in a very fast paced and continually evolving work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth consumer tech firms and understands how to integrate relationship marketing programs into the core of an organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies consumer lifecycle opportunities to improve engagement, sales, customer acquisition and retention through CRM
- Manages end-to-end implementation of such opportunities at scale across Email, Push and SMS communications serving specific customer & event types
- Data-driven, analytical, and constantly reports on performance through the management of optimization roadmap
- Develops creative briefs, provides customer targeting and execution logic for personalized campaigns
- Perpetual desire to learn about our dynamic consumer audience through constant testing and iteration
- Successfully communicates up, down and across the organization both verbally and in writing
- Develops successful relationships: ability to motivate internal & external partners
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relationship marketing experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related technical degree
- Demonstrated success working across different departments
- Demonstrated ability to maintain poise in high-pressure and demanding environment
- Strong technical capability and understanding when it comes to CRM tools and best practices using email, push, and sms marketing
