Available positions, apply in person:
Grow Team - Full time only - $11.00 - $14 per hour
- Maintains grow-house protocols for large-scale cannabis cultivation facility.
- Perform tasks in the grow including: Watering, cloning, transplanting, pruning, take down, set up, and inventory management.
- Operates under the high standards our company has for compliance and professionalism.
Trim Team - Full or Part Time - $10.50 per hour
- Remove large fan leaves.
- Trim buds and remove branches.
- Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining quality product while reaching daily quotas.
- Pruning plants in grow rooms
Harvest Team - Full or Part Time - $10.50 per hour
- Chop down and remove all plants from room
- Remove all fan leaves
- Clean and reset room
ALL positions will involve information below;
Work space/Material Maintenance
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while performing grow room tasks.
- Conducts facility maintenance, and troubleshooting as necessary.
Communication and Compliance
- Work with management to assure all steps are being taken to assure state compliance.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by managers to complete daily tasks.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the team manager.
- Regular and on-time attendance.
Work Experience
- Knowledge in cannabis cultivation is not required, corporate background preferred.
- No felony conviction
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
