Nursery Growers Wanted

Fernlea is one of the largest greenhouse/nursery operators in North America, with locations in Ontario, Canada, Florida and California with over 200 acres in production.
Responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Constant care and monitoring for optimum plant quality</li>
<li>Irrigation management</li>
<li>Insect and disease management (supervise spray techs)</li>
<li>Fertility management</li>
</ul>
Requirements and Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>College degree preferred and/or 2 to 3 years of growing experience.</li>
<li>Ability/Tolerance to work outdoors in Florida year-round.</li>
<li>Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Must possess or ability to obtain a Florida pesticide license.</li>
