Grower Agent II provides on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabisgardens. Completes tasks assigned by the Director of Cultivationto monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintains quality control measures to ensure high-quality product. Maintainsorganization, cleanliness,and efficiency of production area. Carriesout day-to-day plant care,including scouting, plant maintenance, plant destruction, pruning, harvesting, trimming, etc.. Monitorsand maintainsplant production and quality control measures in accordance with the State and company standards.
Two-year degree in horticulture or related field preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in general cannabis cultivation or commercial production gardening is required. Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits, and horticulture is ideal. Effective time-management skills and the ability to multi-task is must. Candidates must have the ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 75 lbs. for extended periods. The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment is required. Proficiency in Windows-based software and point-of-sale applications preferred. Accurate data-entry and record keeping is essential to our operations. Along with the ability to make decisions as necessary with or without oversight when needed. Experience with inventory control software is required.
Candidates must meet the state law age requirement to work in a RMD and must meet the standard requirements of the Background Check and State Registration process.
