This is a job with a heavy focus on cleaning and general upkeep of the grow facility. It is performance based tracked by METRCS.
Duties:
<ul>
<li>Disposing of plant waste</li>
<li>Cleaning, sweeping and mopping</li>
<li>Organizing</li>
<li>Transplanting</li>
<li>Cloning</li>
<li>Preventative spraying</li>
<li>Pruning and defoliating</li>
<li>Executing grow SOP's</li>
<li>Punctuality.</li>
<li>Attention to detail.</li>
<li>Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION .</li>
<li>Grow experience is not necessary.</li>
<li>Flexible with open availability is a must.</li>
<li>Heavy lifting up to 75 lbs on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Time off can vary based on our scheduled tasks.</li>
</ul>
Minimal requirement:
<ul>
<li>Must be 21 yrs or older</li>
<li>Pass Live Scan "Finger Printing" Background.</li>
</ul>
