Job Description:
Local I-502 grow facility is looking for individuals with cannabis grow experience in a farm with 500+ plants. The qualified candidate MUST have the following:
- Knowledge of growing techniques, including:
- Germination
- Cloning
- Transplantation
- Plant pests and other perils
- Harvesting
- Knowledge of growing technologies, such as lights, irrigation, fertilizer, etc.
- Knowledge of different strains and it's unique growing demands
- Ability to execute techniques consistently
- Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills
- Ability to keep to a tight schedule
- Ability to innovate
