Grow and Post Cultivation Staff

Reporting to: Head Grower, Grow Leads, Grow Associates

Location: Monson, MA

Role Overview

This candidate will be working in a hydroponic and bedding plant production facility. They will gain knowledge and understanding in the post-harvest stage of the production cycle. Ideal work experience would be with manual maintenance in gardening, agriculture and/or horticulture. This position will work closely with and report to our Grow Leads and Post-Harvest Manager, assisting in aspects of the post-harvesting stage of production. The prospective employee should have a solid work ethic that is proven through their resume and references. Must be a team player and should be self-motivated to maintain production standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This person should be punctual, detail oriented and able to manage their time effectively to complete multiple tasks daily. Must be able and prepared to sit or stand for 5+ hours at a time, and ability to lift at least 30lbs.

Major Areas of Responsibility(include but not limited to):

• Basic plant maintenance: cutting, weighing, drying, trimming, curing
• Accurately documenting weight and count of product
• Assist in harvest and packaging product
• Cleaning and sanitization of production areas and all equipment associated with production
• Set-up and break down of production areas
