The Greenhouse Grower is a full-time, year-round, senior management level position at our farm. We are expanding and improving our greenhouse production space and systems every year and are looking for someone to join this growing department. Our current greenhouse range consists of 3/4A of heated greenhouse space plus an additional acre of high tunnel structures. Crops include greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers, pack plants for retail sales, plug plants for field production, and winter-grown salads and other greens.
Applicants should have a college degree in an applicable field, a minimum of 2 years experience in greenhouse growing on a commercial scale, management experience, and familiarity with vegetable crops and greenhouse production in New England.
