Graphics Production Assistant

Job Summary

TVD Designs is a new and growing design company located in Round Rock, TX. We are seeking a Shop Production Assistant to assist in design and fabrication of signs, apparel, posters, labels, stickers, etc.

This is an entry level position; however, with the continued growth as we have seen, there is plenty of room for advancement for the candidate that can demonstrate excellent workmanship skills and an aptitude for quality handcrafting and teamwork.

Job tasks, Responsibilities & Skills

• Finish or assemble small production jobs: Requires a high attention to detail, quality handiwork and craftsmanship skills
• Hand trim material with cutters
• Operate plotter cutter to cut and weed vinyl material
• Apply vinyl to various substrates
• Hand assemble individual components with precision
• Assess finished products for Quality Control
• Assist in organizing, filing, proofing and QCing production artwork
• Provide solutions and ideas to solve special project requirements
• Demonstrate time management and organizational skills to complete multiple projects under critical deadlines

Experience working with digital printing equipment and graphic software such as Adobe Illustrator is helpful but not required; training will be provided on the appropriate procedures for all equipment.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 /hour
