Job Description
Progressive Treatment Solutions (PTS) is a licensed cultivation and manufacturing facility passionate about providing the highest quality cannabis products to patients in Illinois. A leader in the Illinois market, PTS is growing rapidly and is looking for an experienced in-house graphics designer to head best in class design and marketing efforts.

Essential Job Functions:

• Strong command of visual and communication design principals.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative.
• Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, illustration, etc...
• Clear and concise communicator displaying strong organization, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Ideal candidate:

• 4 years relevant design experience.
• Clear and concise communication and organizational skills.
• Is a highly skilled designer who can produce top quality work on very tight deadlines.
• A creative thinker and problem solver who can work independently or collaboratively.
• Demonstrates curiosity; keeps up with the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies and resources.
• Has experience creating and implementing ideas for a variety of platforms and use cases-and-can rapidly prototype those ideas.
• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering strong creative assets across different platforms such as print, web, etc...

Education:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Information, Communication, Web Design or equivalent preferred.
