SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing both Agate Dreams retail store, and Tokem Wholesale processing. The General Manager will provide direction in all aspects of management at both Agate Dreams, and Tokem to include budgeting and ensuring profitability.
DUTIES: Responsible to monitor the daily operations, functions and services for both Agate Dreams and Tokem Wholesale. Understands and strictly enforces recordkeeping regulations and stays current on regulatory changes. Responsible to analyze financial reports and provide recommendations to maximize profitability for both Agate Dreams and Tokem Wholesale. Responsible to manage and inspires staff to deliver the spectacular customer service. Responsible for processing payroll in compliance with established payroll policies and procedures. Responsible for all areas of performance management to include, hiring, training, employee evaluations, coaching and corrective action throughout both Agate Dreams, and Tokem Wholesale. Responsible to ensure staff is receiving training and education pertaining to cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates and other products. Responsible for the development and execution of department budgets and report profit and loss responses to include product margins, cost controls and balance sheets. Prepares and reviews all financial data related to the operations of both Agate Dreams, and Tokem Wholesale. Oversees inventory in an effort to provide an adequate supply of quality products. Responsible to oversee storefront security plan and internal control procedures. Responsible for authorizing clearance sales, studying trends and monitoring competitive retailers. Oversees BioTrack control system.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid State of Washington Driver's License. Minimum of (5) five years supervisory/management experience required. Experience and/or education in the cannabis industry to include product knowledge. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred or a combination of education and firsthand retail sales management experience. High school diploma or GED, required.
