Persons who posses the knowledge and skills to work as a team player and help build upon our reputation as a destination garden center. One's who can offer education classes to our customers, work in our custom potting bench department, help design and create during holiday seasons, work in the propagation greenhouses, and more.
Currently we are seeking talented individuals that posses the ability and desire to become one of our key personal here. Candidates will need to have knowledge of greenhouse growing along with retail and wholesale sales experience. Someone with high energy and positive attitude that is super friendly and works well as a team player. Having experience in floral design for both living arrangements and also holiday decorating such as wreaths, centerpieces, and more. Visual merchandising; setting up and maintaining stunning displays both inside and outside our greenhouse. Ability to work with high end clientele and perform multiple tasks at the same time. Have a strong knowledge of annuals, perennials, tropicals, shrubs/trees, and garden products. You will be physically working with everything from daily watering tasks, propagation work, designer potting bench work, customer service, register check out, and more.
