Our SODO facility is seeking a Temporary Fulfillment Production Associate to help support our SODO team! An ideal candidate is someone who believes in quality work, good productivity, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.


Responsibilities

  • Comply with all state requirements for working with recreational marijuana products
  • Must demonstrate consistent attention to details to ensure every order is accurate and compliant at all touch points - picking, labeling, packaging, staging, and double-checking work
  • Apply strict yet intelligent adherence to product standards and procedures to ensure that the final products meet fulfillment specifications
  • Prepare all work areas in fulfillment via sanitization and good food practices: ensure that items such as supplies, packaging supplies, tools and other necessary items are stocked and organized throughout the shift
  • Exhibit integrity and trust while working with products
  • Establish great working relationships with team members through respectful communication, reliable attendance, and dedicated work
  • Skillfully and safely complete all fulfillment tasks; using time and energy efficiently
  • Problem solve issues resourcefully, be solution oriented
  • Flexibility to complete a variety of tasks that may be required in a Production Facility (maintenance, product production, packaging, light administrative, order deliveries, etc.)
  • Comprehend and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and state regulations, with an eye to improve and streamline processes for quality and efficiency
  • Be a part of a robust team environment: assist with training, foster our supportive team culture utilizing strong communication skills
  • Enthusiastically tackle learning new things and challenging the status quo
Qualifications:
  • Age 21 or older
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least one year packaging production experience preferred
  • Two years foodservice/handling experience
  • Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
