Do you have experience with pre-certifications, utilization reviews, Employment Development Department disability claims and private pay follow up? Do you care about people and want them to receive the care and treatment they pay for when they obtain insurance? Are you detail oriented and good with keeping information organized and up to date?
We have a fantastic medically assisted chemical dependency treatment program serving people throughout Contra Costa and Alameda counties in healing their addiction to alcohol, opiates, meth, cannabis and more. We are grateful that due to our recent growth, we are expanding our team of professionals and we want to include YOU!
This will be a 20 hour position to begin immediately. We prefer someone with a passion for chemical dependency treatment/recovery from addiction, and someone who understands the addiction cycles - including stages of change, detox, relapse, and PAWS – as well the medications for co-occurring disorders and anti-craving. If you are working on your addiction treatment certification and want hands on experience and have some insurance experience in your past this is the ideal position for you!! You will also get hands on experience working directly with patients by reviewing their IOP paperwork with them and getting it signed and in their files. Fantastic experience, you can gather hours toward your certification and you will get paid! Win/Win/Win!
