Summary:

The Key Role of this position is to support the company’s day to day transactions. The Finance Assistant is responsible for executing Accounts Payable, Receivable, payroll and generating various financial reports. Our goal is to promote the Finance assistant to the Finance Manager position within 3-6 Months. We are growing extremely fast. Let’s grow together!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure record keeping meets Bookkeepers requirements.
• Generate various Financial reports for the executive team.
• Oversee the companies POS and transaction processing systems.
• Execute and record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Execute weekly payroll.
• Track and reconcile bank statements
• Oversee Credit card processing system.
• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
• Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
• Establish, maintain and revise record keeping and filing systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience as Financial Assistant, Administrative assistant or similar role.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and QuickBooks Pro.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
• Ability to develop and maintain record keeping and filing systems.
• AA degree in Accounting or Business Administration, experience may substitute.

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
