ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building and maintaining relationships with key retail partners and field sales team in your assigned territory
Becoming a territory expert with a finger on the pulse of all things happening in the market Daily interaction with Territory Sales Manager, Regional Manager, retail staff and Consumers
Identify key activations in territory & oversee executions that are engaging, scalable, relevant consumer experiences through B2B & B2C
Booking and managing all aspects of events & activations Event execution & management
Maintaining calendar of events and of pre-plan development Creation of a territory specific activation playbook
Develop recommendation for scaling program with a team
Build brand loyalty, brand buzz and brand value in assigned territory
Managing marketing and promotional materials; event flyers, posters, brochures Managing swag, pos, executional assets and inventory/storage unit
Operations; floor plans, asset arrangements, staff management, vendor relations On-call / on-site operational support
Departmental database upkeep
Pre & post event analysis and reconciliation
Creation of new marketing and promotional strategies to optimize advocacy and drive trial Correspondence to retail partners
Update CRM system with customer information
Coordination of administrative duties and day-to- day operations
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Cannabis Friendly, Product and Brand knowledge & passion, eager to become an asset to the organization, great problem solver, multi tasker, incredibly well organized with attention to the smallest detail, management experience, goal oriented.

A flexible schedule is mandatory- work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays Candidates must live within 20 miles from the territory, with the ability to efficiently travel to and from HQ in San Francisco, CA
Travel to outside markets may be required
Basic Microsoft Office skills with a strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications and CRM such as salesforce
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Communications, PR, Business) or equivalent experience
