Fertigation Assistant Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The fertigation manager is responsible for the precise mixing and delivery of nutrients to the cannabis crops throughout the facility as well as monitoring the cultivation rooms for proper Temps, RH, Par and CO2 levels. This position requires the use of automated computer systems, meters for analytical analysis and controlled environment technology. You must have good math and mechanical skills. Basic knowledge of plant nutrition preferred (PH, EC). Must be good at following instructions and standard operating procedures set forth by the company. Capable of maintaining a high degree of accountability and responsibility.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

• Responsible for the accurate mixing and delivery of nutrients to the plants.
• Monitors and assures the plant production schedule is current for proper recipe delivery.
• Assures the Argus system and all fertigation system equipment is running properly.
• Perform regular testing of water quality, media analysis and plant tissue analysis as well as recording and documenting the results.
• Monitors the facility through the Argus system for proper Temps, RH, PAR, CO2, and irrigation events.
• Ensure the plants are in optimal health and report any problems seen on daily walks.
• Keep stock of inventory and order materials and equipment as needed.
• Maintains a high degree of accountability and responsibility.
• Promptly address any issues that arise.
