HVAC Certified Facilities Manager for Cannabis Production Facility

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all routine maintenance and troubleshooting for facility systems including but not limited to HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing.
Build, construct, assemble, plumb, and wire new equipment, furniture, and custom projects using standard materials.
Provide Bill of Materials for custom projects given a concept drawing.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
All other functions as designated by the General Manager.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
You are at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass required city and state background checks.
5+ years of experience installing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
AAON certification a plus but not required.
Experience working in a desert environment is preferred but not required.
Experience with plumbing, electrical, and construction.
Experience working in indoor commercial plant cultivation facilities or medical/hospital environments a major plus.
Knowledge and eagerness to comply with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
Willingness to be on call 24/7 and live within 15 minutes of facility.
Ability to work and communicate with outside contractors, vendors, and service technicians to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with building systems.
Ability to work effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
Verbal communication skills, and accurate math skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis for at least 8-hour shifts.
Routinely climbing a ladder and working on a roof in extreme heat and wind in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly and carry it up to 90 feet (or deposit into dumpster or trash compactor).
Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and high reach.
