Facilities Manager

Source Cannabis Farms is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations of one of our primary marijuana cultivation centers in DTLA.

Position Summary:

The Facilities Manager will support the overall functions of our downtown cultivation center within the scope of troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on buildings, not limited to building mechanical systems, plumbing, and electrical grids for two connected properties totaling 35,000 square feet with 530 grow lights. The facilities manager will work with the COO and Master Grower to ensure the facility can consistently and reliably produce high quality product.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Operates under the high standards our company has for compliance and professionalism.

• Conducts physical inspections and repairs of the facility, grounds, premises, hallways, common areas, restrooms, etc. noting anything that might be in need of repair, maintenance, cleanup, or is a hazard and reports same to the appropriate building staff.
• Under direction of the COO, will conduct repairs to the facilities and premises as assigned including painting, patching, office and kitchen equipment, furniture, walls, ceiling tiles, carpeting, floor tiles, etc.
• Self directed to prioritize work orders, handle urgent requests, respond to tenant and client calls as required, and complete any and all assigned facility support, clean-up, maintenance, moving, event support, set-up, and repair work.
• Expected to support the various skilled trade personnel at a facility or complex in the performance and completion of their duties as needed and assigned
• Provides a safe and orderly work environment.
• Maintain KPI targets within defined parameters.

• Other duties as assigned by the COO.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility maintenance, repairs, moving, freight/docks, or mechanical work
• Strong professional painting experience required
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to use computers for work order processing, e-mail communication
• Must possess a high level of accuracy and neatness

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday with work hours TBD. (Hours are subject to change) .The employee may be asked to work weekends as needed.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)

There is no visa or H1-B sponsorship. Candidates must successfully complete a criminal record check.
