WCC Tour Company LLC (West Coast Cannabis Tours) is looking for some friendly team members. No cannabis job experience required. You will have a cannabis specialist on board with you that will answer guests cannabis questions if you are not able. We are looking specifically for a GUIDE who can help create the experience.

We are currently hiring for the San Diego area as a PART TIME POSITION. We are a cannabis tourism and activity company that provides guests tours of different cannabis and beer related venues. (see below for current part time hours)

Currently we are looking for EXPERIENCED TOUR GUIDES (1 year minimum).

One of the best parts of the experience for the guests will be meeting new people, as most of the tours are group oriented. So being able to communicate with a large group of different personalities, helping them feel comfortable with each other, and keeping them engaged is a must!

An example of some of the tours you will attend are glass blowing demonstrations, edible demo's, cooking with cannabis, dispensary visits, breweries, grow and others as they are developed.

We are looking for someone who knows how to guide and direct groups in a professional but SUPER FUN manner.

Job Requirements for Tour Guide:

• Assist with guest check-in (this includes checking for valid ID, providing name tags, and providing a warm friendly introduction)
• Provide a professional representation of WCCT while interacting with the guests and our business partners.
• Friendly with the willingness to assist others
• You will need to be able to speak in a group environment. You will be speaking in front of groups of 10-40 people at times
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Assist with trivia games and other activities
• Due to the adult nature of the events/tours, all employees need to be 21+ with valid ID
• You will NOTbe driving guests, you will be interacting directly with the guests throughout the tours.
• WE DO NOT SELL OR PROVIDE CANNABIS DIRECTLY

Pay Information Cannabis Guide:

- $75-$140 per tour based on prior experience. Pay increases will be reviewed based on production/customer satisfaction.

- Hours/Schedule: Currently most tours are scheduled for Saturday, however we may ask for you to work additional hours if available.
