We are seeking EXPERIENCED and professional salespeople. Experience in the cannabis industry a plus. This is a highly demanding sales position which requires a strong industry network, specifically with dispensaries in the region advertised.
Responsibilities:
- Establish new accounts, create orders, build and maintain strong customer relations
- Active lead generation
- Achieve sales using various methods such as in-person visits, phone calls, presentations, etc.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations with key dispensary decision makers
- Develop expert-level knowledge and stay up to date on company product line
- Maintain an awareness of market behavior and sales trends and respond accordingly
- Process orders and forward details to company office headquarters
- Organize demo’s to promote company products
- Create weekly data reports and regularly meet with management to review weekly sales activities
Requirements:
- 21+ years of age
- Experience in sales required
- Driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, aggressive, startup environment
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply product-related information in a professional manner
- High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency; dependable and punctual
- Willingness to work after-hours for business meetings, trade shows, and events
