Job Summary
Trimmers are responsible to trim the harvested cannabis plant materials. The work is done in an air-conditioned environment with up to five team members. The Trimmers are expected to follow job instructions in a very precise manner, as directed by management staff. After the introductory training period, the Trimmer will be expected to deliver and maintain daily production quotas. Our facility is located in Moss Landing, and is fully state compliant.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Trim raw product
- Ensures accurate trim weights and measurements
- Responsible for maintaining quality product
- Operate with integrity and honesty
- Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company
- Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas
- All operations must be conducted in professional manner to ensure State Compliance Laws are upheld

- Must stay focused on safety and housekeeping at all times
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow precise protocols and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Must work with Trim Supervisor to ensure best practices are always being followed
- Responsible for staying focused and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Prior experience required.
