Job Description:

We are licensed, full-service medical and recreational cannabis dispensary located in Denver, CO. We offer a broad spectrum of medicinal options for our customers, including flowers, edibles, topicals, and concentrates. Our knowledgeable patient consultants are always available to assist our members in selecting the appropriate medicine for their needs.

We are seeking honest, hardworking and passionate candidates to join our team and grow with us as we seek to become the city's best marijuana dispensary. We are looking for individuals who will work with the utmost level of professionalism and customer service, while providing our patients with a compassionate customer experience.

BUDTENDER POSITION and FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must have positive, outgoing attitude and be welcoming to all customers and staff.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in basic office computer work and point of sales systems.
  • Must be well educated and eager to learn cannabis strains, and product applications.
  • Be able to consult customers and provide all customers with appropriate cannabis products that are tailored to their needs.
  • A firm understanding of Colorado Marijuana policy and law.
  • Must be familiar with various methods of consumption and keep up to date with the product lines.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the sales stations and cash counters/ display cases.
  • Package, label, roll and trim cannabis as needed.
  • Compliance with all cash handling, policies and procedures
  • Complete all tasks delegated by the supervising manager, treat all team members with respect.

Position requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid CO state badge from the MED.
  • Experience in medical cannabis industry.
  • Must be reliable and honest, tardiness and absents for shifts is not tolerated.
  • Must be willing to work varied hours: evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Employment hours are from 8:00a - 10:00pm, Sun - Sat. Must be able to work weekends, no exceptions!

MANAGER POSITION

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Training, Developing, and Motivating team on a daily basis.
  • Leading excellent customer service through in-the-moment coaching, role modeling, and utilizing customer feedback to reinforce and improve quality of service.
  • Driving store-level financial and operational results.
  • Managing inventory levels.
  • Daily intake of new inventory, converting packages, labeling and displaying.
  • Maintaining the store's weedmaps is current and up to date.
  • Count drawers and finalize daily deposits, upload reports in METRC
  • Ensuring customer feedback and concerns are addressed within a timely manner.
  • Demonstrating ownership of the store by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of store's interior and exterior and a personal professional appearance.
  • Protecting store assets, facilities, and team members by ensuring all team members' adherence to operational guidelines and standards, compliance with all safety and security policies, the proper functioning and maintenance of store equipment, and performance of all financial transactions according to the Cash Handling Policy.
  • Maintaining current and accurate business, legal, and personnel records and store resource materials.
  • Daily/Weekly reviewing of reports for proper money reconciliation.
  • Package, label, roll and trim cannabis as needed.
  • Ensuring effective succession planning by identifying and developing future leaders with an interest and potential to grow.
  • Responsible for all employee scheduling and proper staffing for the store.
  • Overseeing all training programs within the store and providing guidance, direction, and support so team members are ready to perform in their roles.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between the Store and Owners.
