As the Executive Assistant, you will be able to make a real impact and be an assistant to the Senior Team of Highroad. In this unique opportunity and special learning experience, you’ll serve as a key intermediary and assistant in helping us through a period of rapid, industry-defining growth. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, 5+ years of Executive Administrative experience, exceptional attention to detail, cross functional experience and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain hard copy and electronic files, and maintain strict confidentiality of all corporate and personal information
- Coordinate busy and fluid schedules, as well as coordinate travel plans for our Executive Team
- Verify and track payments/Invoices from customers/Vendors into company accounts
- Help with recruiting and on-boarding, in particular helping with scheduling phone, in person interviews, and first day activities for new hires
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all types of local and global meetings and events including board and advisory board meetings.
- Handle multiple tasks, switching priorities and focus as needed
- Handle a large volume of communications including answer calls, screen calls, take messages, and re-direct to the appropriate person
- Be the face and the voice representing our company when coordinating with clients, vendors, and employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Strong Technology skills using Microsoft Office
- Immediate availability, responsiveness, and a proactive mindset
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all types of meetings and events including board and advisory board meetings.
- Previous experience with Accounts Payables, Receivables and Reconciliations and QuickBooks Desktop preferred
- Must be able to pass a background and reference check
- Experience balancing ever-changing calendars and competing priorities
