ABOUT THE ROLE

The ERP Support Specialist is responsible for operating as an assistant to the ERP department in facilitating goals and owning the support requests from employees. In addition, they will be monitoring general ERP activity, supporting the team leader with the creation of documentation, providing support documentation to system users, and performing training when necessary. This person will need to have a deep understanding of all Cura and system processes to effectively support users and ensure clean data is gathered in the system. This position will report to the ERP Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in ensuring that regulations and policies governing data management are met.
  • Master NAV system and procedures to support all employees at Cura
  • Understand ERP to effectively setup users with proper system visibility and access privileges
  • Works as a system analyst with ERP operators to help define user needs and issues
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues as needed to determine reporting needs and develop solutions
  • Organize all training and documentation for relevant business needs
  • Continually enhance user experience on ERP
  • Monitor ERP support e-mail and assist in resolving or reporting user issues as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information at all times
  • Any ad hoc requests by the department management team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or comparable work experience within a relatable function
  • ERP implementation or management experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity and ease with computer systems and common software products
  • Experience with technical training and/or technical customer service experience
  • IT support experience is a plus
  • Experience within a high-stress growth start-up or understanding the expectations needed to accomplish all initiatives a plus
  • A sense of humor is a plus!
