ABOUT THE ROLE
The ERP Support Specialist is responsible for operating as an assistant to the ERP department in facilitating goals and owning the support requests from employees. In addition, they will be monitoring general ERP activity, supporting the team leader with the creation of documentation, providing support documentation to system users, and performing training when necessary. This person will need to have a deep understanding of all Cura and system processes to effectively support users and ensure clean data is gathered in the system. This position will report to the ERP Project Manager.
