ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Project Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Cura’s Enterprise Resource Planning system called NAV. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a region-specific team of ERP specialists, translate strategies into roadmaps, vetting proposed processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify needs for updates in existing processes. In addition, this person will serve as the lead for medium to complex projects, support, and activities to align with department goals when needed. This person will report to the ERP Systems Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a region-specific team of specialists and departments to ensure a smooth system implementation.
  • Champion the use of NAV among various departments to properly collect accurate and clean data.
  • Identify localized needs for ERP to function concurrently with other relevant inventory tracking systems and work alongside departmental counterparts to ensure all business needs are met.
  • Manage all of the training documentation pertinent to NAV processes as well as standard operating procedure documentation.
  • Collaborate business and operational counterparts to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Monitor day-to-day NAV activity to ensure smooth operations as well as to identify stressors and future needs.
  • Report process breakdowns, changes, and resolutions to relevant managers and appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate alongside regional compliance staff to operate accordingly with business and industry regulations.
  • Developing platforms and procedures for visibility of resources, issues, and successes relevant to ERP.
  • Operating as a superuser on relevant databases to assist in reconciling inventories, assisting all NAV users, and troubleshooting any issues as needed.
  • Support ERP Director with any ad hoc or department initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or comparable work experience within a relatable function
  • ERP implementation or management experience required; NAV experience a plus
  • Strong business analysis or project management background with a track record of delivering large, complex ERP projects
  • Proven IT leadership experience to contribute to the organizational strategic thinking beyond the area of responsibility
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong influencer, able to create messages and communication materials for multiple levels
  • Experience supporting various levels of technical support requests in order to clearly explain complex technical resolutions
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team in order to accomplish key departmental initiatives
  • Ability to manage expectations, collaborate with managers, and make strategic decisions to ensure projects and tasks are being completed
  • Experience within a high-stress growth start-up or understanding the expectations needed to accomplish all initiatives a plus
  • A sense of humor is a plus!
  • Travel up to 20% may be required
