Entry Level Grower

We are a licensed commercial medical cannabis / mmj / marijuana grow facility seeking entry level growers/laborers to assist us in our cultivation facility.

We require fully committed employees that work hard, stay on task, work efficiently, and abide by the chain of command.

No prior cultivation experience is required, we will train you for our system. Just be prepared to physically work hard and you could be the right fit.

Candidate must:

• be 21 years or older.

• have an Occupational Badge, Occupational Key Badge or Support badge

• possess a strong work ethic, as is proven by your resume.

• have a continued desire to learn.

• have the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures as well as manager directions.

• be willing to ask meaningful questions, grow as an individual and contribute to the team.

• be physically able to do manual labor for 4-8 hours/day including but not limited to lifting, cleaning, cutting, kneeling, bending, and reaching. The ideal candidate would:

• be pro-active, punctual, detail oriented, conscientious, a team player, able to follow directions and interested in contributing to and growing with the company.

Tasks that you may be asked/taught to do may include (but not limited to):

• organizing, cleaning, sanitizing of grow facility/tools/equipment.

• unloading and storing of supplies.

• chopping, weighing, and hanging plants.

• weighing and packaging of finished product.

• take cuttings, transplant clones, mix nutrient solutions, feed/water plants, up-pot, manicure plants.

This is a job with a heavy focus on manual labor. Applicant must be capable of lifting 45 lbs. or more repeatedly. Punctuality, hard work, attention to detail, and consistency are attributes that we are seeking. Applicant must have reliable transportation and a support or key badge. Previous grow experience is not necessary.
