eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist

Fast-growing cannabis-based streetwear apparel company seeks energetic and efficient eCommerce Fulfillment Specialists to join the team. This is a part-time position, with the potential to become full-time.

The perfect candidate will be highly organized and resourceful with a great attention to detail and the ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will work roughly 20-30 hours per week, with potential for the occasional late night and some weekend events. This position is temporary for the first 60 days. Upon successful completion of 60 days the position becomes a permanent addition to staff.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment

• Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, in keeping with JB Clothing’s standards
• Ship out packages in compliance with international and domestic guidelines
• Arrange daily transportation for outgoing packages

Customer Experience

• Perform regular quality assurance checks before packing and shipping out orders
• Provide support for JB Clothing’s pop-up shop, as needed

Inventory and Warehouse Management

• Develop product knowledge and awareness of all current/upcoming collections
• Assist with inventory coordination efforts
• Keep fulfillment area organized, clean and fully-stocked

As the eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist, your role is to execute the daily fulfillment of all JB Clothing orders, in addition to supporting the customer service and inventory management team. This may include processing incoming inventory, printing barcodes, barcoding products and participating in fraud prevention efforts, in addition to the packing, moving and shipping of orders.
