  • Oversee the day-to-day functions of ecommerce fulfillment, including online order fulfillment, shipping logistics execution, managing hourly staff to pick and pack online orders
  • Respond to customer service inquiries via phone and email
  • Track order and fulfillment performance (returns, tracking missing orders, replacement packages, credits, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with shipping providers
  • Maintain inventory of fulfillment supplies
  • Accurately process returns and exchanges
  • Communicate with plant manager to ensure adequate inventory levels
  • Plan, prepare and execute for online promotions as dictated by the volume and operations of the ecommerce business
  • Implement a CRM system for Lord Jones
  • Hire, develop and train new staff for pick, pack and ship
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness for optimal workflow
  • Coordinate shipping of press and VIP mailings

Requirements:

  • Experience with Shopify, ShipStation and CRM systems
  • 3+ years experience in a supervisory role in warehousing, logistics or shipping industry
  • Meticulous and hyper-organized
  • Adept at working with timelines, planning daily and weekly schedules and project management
  • Strong computer skills
