We seek an Ecommerce Fulfillment & Customer Service Manager for LORD JONES. LORD JONES manufactures and distributes the world’s finest cannabis and CBD infused products. - Oversee the day-to-day functions of ecommerce fulfillment, including online order fulfillment, shipping logistics execution, managing hourly staff to pick and pack online orders
- Respond to customer service inquiries via phone and email
- Track order and fulfillment performance (returns, tracking missing orders, replacement packages, credits, etc.)
- Manage relationships with shipping providers
- Maintain inventory of fulfillment supplies
- Accurately process returns and exchanges
- Communicate with plant manager to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Plan, prepare and execute for online promotions as dictated by the volume and operations of the ecommerce business
- Implement a CRM system for Lord Jones
- Hire, develop and train new staff for pick, pack and ship
- Maintain organization and cleanliness for optimal workflow
- Coordinate shipping of press and VIP mailings
Requirements:
- Experience with Shopify, ShipStation and CRM systems
- 3+ years experience in a supervisory role in warehousing, logistics or shipping industry
- Meticulous and hyper-organized
- Adept at working with timelines, planning daily and weekly schedules and project management
- Strong computer skills
