The Dynamics NAV Systems Support Analyst will primarily be responsible for responding to end users support request through a ticketing system. Additionally you will act as a system expert providing end user training and process improvement. The successful Dynamics NAV Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for end user support, training and support NAV ERP System.
Responsibilities include:
Remote and On-Site Support.
Experience prioritizing support tickets based on business impact.
Support and maintenance of Nav System.
User administration and training.
Documentation of processes.
Working with a Microsoft vendor on upgrades and customizations.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to analyze requirements and design improved solutions.
Collaborating with internal business leaders to capture requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional and technical specifications for NAV configuration and enhancements.
Dynamics NAV experience - 2-3 years minimum.
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Strong SQL database proficiency.
Experience developing reports using SSRS, Jet, Power BI.
Experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance preferred.
Experience creating and maintaining end user training documentation.
Analyze end user support patterns and create systems and processes to remedy.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
