The Dynamics NAV Systems Analyst will primarily be responsible for working with key internal stakeholders to understand their functional requirements, and developing solutions to meet these business needs. Additionally you will act as a lead to Dynamics NAV Support issues, system upgrades, and end user training. The successful Dynamics NAV Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing the NAV ERP System.
Responsibilities include:
Analysis, design, and testing.
Support and maintenance.
User administration and training.
Implementing accurate reporting methods using Jet, SSRS, and Power BI.
Working with a Microsoft vendor on upgrades and customizations.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to analyze requirements and design improved solutions
Collaborating with internal business leaders to capture requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and creating functional and technical specifications for NAV configuration and enhancements.
Extensive Dynamics NAV experience - 3-5 years minimum.
Bachelor’s degree in technology related field.
Strong SQL database proficiency.
Database design knowledge.
Computer Programming Experience.
Experience developing reports using SSRS, Jet, Power BI.
Experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance preferred.
Experience creating and maintaining end user training documentation.
Ability to analyze end user support patterns and create systems and processes to remedy.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
