Karibou Trail Couriers started with recognition of the industry's (502 - cannabis) need for a delivery company focused on protecting the assets of our customers. Centrally located in the heart of the Beautiful Okanogan County.
Hours of Work:
Monday through Friday with an every changing start and end time. Average shifts are from 9am - 7pm but this can change daily.
This is a part time position with the possibility of full time in the future.

Probationary Period:
An employee's first ninety (90) days of employment are on a trial basis and are considered a continuation of the employment selection process. The ninety (90) day probationary period provides the Company an opportunity to observe and evaluate the capacity of the employee, which includes the employee’s ability to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of his or her job; and to observe and evaluate the employee’s work habits and conduct, including attendance and the employee’s relationship with coworkers and superiors. During this probationary period, the Company may terminate employment immediately, with or without cause and with or without notice. Likewise, the employee may also terminate his or her employment with the Company at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause.
Performance evaluations are conducted at the end of an employee's probationary period, to discuss job responsibilities, standards and performance requirements. A formal performance review will be conducted to provide both the company and the employee the opportunity to discuss job tasks, identify and correct performance deficiencies, encourage and recognize strengths and discuss positive, purposeful approaches for meeting goals. If the 90 day probationary period is successfully completed, a possible rate increase will be assessed.
