Falcon Distribution seeks Distribution Managers in Cathedral City, CA.
Our Distribution Manager Will be joining a newly and fresh operations within the Cannabis industry. Our Distro team will be part of the upcoming ideas and operating systems that will be critical to operations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for hiring/firing drivers. Implementation of Trellis for distro; Daily management of drivers and their schedules; Owns the inventory maintenance, the order taking process, and the delivery strategy including the use of small vs large vehicles, distribution hubs, in-house drivers, third-party transportation services, use of technology for route optimization. Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service. Manage daily plan to exceed expectations for productivity and accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree.
Management experience within a high-volume distribution center
Experience leading a warehouse team including: hiring, training and motivating.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Must Have:
California Driver’s License
Must be 21 and over
Must be able to pass a Live scan Background
