Part Time, Dispensing Technician - Prime Alternative Treatment Centers, Merrimack NH 03054

The primary role of the Dispensing Technician is to perform functions relevant to dispensing products in a therapeutic cannabis facility.

Core functions include dispensing and inventorying product and materials. Related activities include working directly with patients and preparing orders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean working environment, including material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs, dispensing information, etc.
• Serve as training designee as directed when training and qualifications are appropriate.

Required skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Therapeutic cannabis knowledge mandatory.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computers and word processing software, and basic typing skills.
• Flexibility with schedule including availability to work eveningsweekends, and holidays.
• Must understand confidentiality/HIPPA practices with regard to patients.
• Must be able to pass criminal and federal background checks.

Physical Demands:

This position is part of the hands-on dispensing process in a therapeutic cannabis dispensary. Physical demands may include lifting (not to exceed 50 lbs), frequent bending/stooping, twisting, crouching/squatting, reaching, repetitive use of arms/hand/wrists, and grasping. This position spends the majority of time standing.
