Position: Budtender Location: Sylmar, CA Hours: Full Time/Part Time Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $13.00 Per Hour + TIPS
Description: We are a PRE-ICO State Compliant medical cannabis collective that is currently seeking passionate, DRIVEN individuals to join our wonderful team of bud tenders. It is our goal to provide the very best customer service to each of our patients making sure all patients leave with a smile. This is a professional work-space/environment, with plenty of room for growth. We are open 365 days a year so we do REQUIRE you to have a flexible/open schedule.
Responsibilities:
· -Learn company products, procedures, policies and rules
· -Listen and work with patients to find necessary products for them
· -Process patient transactions accurately and efficiently
· -Assist with stocking of products in the store
· -General housekeeping around store
· -Perform additional duties assigned
Candidate Characteristics:
Requirements:
· MUST BE 21+
· Presentable Appearance
· 6 month+Experience MMJ Industry
· Valid CA identification /recommendation
· Passion for cannabis
· AGAIN, Detail oriented and able to follow specific protocol
· Must have reliable transportation
· Consistent and punctual
· Comfortable with computers and learning new software
· Basic math skills
· Friendly individual with an out-going personality
· Willing to learn about cannabis medicine in order to work with patients regarding their medical needs.
· Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
· Ability to “be on time” and work under pressure
· DESIRE to learn and grow professionally. STARTING Salary: $13.00 /hour + TIPS
· OPEN FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE WITH THE AVAILABILITY TO WORK HOLIDAYS
