JOB SUMMARY
Join our KCIW team in Williamsport , PA - Dispensing Technicians should be high energy, outgoing, compassionate, and have a strong interest in the medical benefits of marijuana. Dispensing Technicians are responsible for providing patients with knowledgeable guidance through the selection of their medicine so that they feel educated and empowered in their selections. Dispensing Technicians maintain strict inventory controls to ensure complete compliance. Experience in customer service, retail, and/or hospitality industries is preferred.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Enthusiastically greet patients upon their arrival to the dispensary.
• Educate patients on the different products that are available.
• Empower patients to make confident choices in the selection and usage of their medicine and accessories.
• Maintain an efficient flow while ensuring patient needs are being met.
• Perform inventory checks with manager at beginning, end, and periodically throughout shift to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary.
• Perform other duties as directed.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years’ old or older to work at the store
• Must pass any and all required background checks
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
