Dispensary Technician

***MUST HAVE CT PHARMACY TECHNICIAN LICENSE***

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with dispensary pharmacist with: filling orders, maintaining records, patient interaction, patient registration and complying with dispensary policies and procedures
• Customer Service Skills are required. Technician will be involved in assisting patients and communicating effectively patient needs to dispensary pharmacists.
• Promote and maintain the dispensary’s professional reputation and provide patients with information about medical marijuana products and services offered
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and dispensary procedures for handling all medical marijuana products.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Active and current Connecticut Pharmacy Technician certification is required.
• No prior license revocations
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule including evening and weekends including opening and closing shifts.
• Have a proven track record of working effectively with customers/patients
• Must be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background check
