Dispensary Store Manager
Job Description
Seeking an individual with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, trainable, reliable, and detail oriented to Manage our White Marsh, Maryland Dispensary.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 6-12 store associates, which is inclusive of improving work processes, measuring associate performance, and analyzing store sales.
- Measure and evolve customer experience, Point of Sales, and inventory handling practices that prioritize enhancing the customer experience and ensuring customer retention.
- Analyze Profit and Loss statements and make proper adjustments in overall business operations to increase profitability.
- Implement and enforce given store budget.
- Oversee merchandising, procurement, and inventory departments to ensure optimal product selection, availability, and pricing.
- Adjust and implement new exciting methods to drive sales.
- Execute and enforce local and state compliance.
- Develop the dispensary patient consultant team to deliver quality customer experiences and services, ensuring all rules, regulations and SOPs are adhered to.
- 2+ years experience working for a Dispensary. Experience with METRC is highly recommended.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
- Cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation.
- Work with a diverse group of personalities - employees and patients.
- Implement nightly accurate inventory counts of all dispensary products.

- 5-year management experience preferred.
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check (no felonies)
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds
- Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends
