Owners Matt and Meghan Walstatter have been working to liberate cannabis for more than two decades. As leaders in the effort to uplift the Oregon cannabis industry with authentic and inclusive business practices, fair and reasonable legalization laws, and conscientious cultivation and use, their advocacy is broad and far-reaching.
As a Pure Green Sales Associate PIC, your first responsibility is to ensure that patients and customers feel welcome in our community, receive top-notch service, and purchase products they will be happy with, so that Pure Green becomes their dispensary of choice. In the absence of management, you will be responsible for stepping up as the Person-In-Charge, taking on specific management duties outlined below.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* 1+ year previous dispensary experience, and additional retail sales experience preferred.
* Experience opening/closing and assisting with staff and inventory management preferred.
* Knowledgeable about: current flower, concentrate and edible products; the types of cannabinoids and terpenes and their effects on various body types; the various forms of extractions and other production methods; and new trends.
* Skilled at weighing and packaging bulk flower at point of sale.
* Joint production experience will be given priority.
* Friendly, customer service- and community-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Reliable, punctual and consistently meet deadlines.
* Detail-oriented and attentive to both immediate tasks and bigger picture goals.
* Efficient, productive and capable of staying on top of multiple tasks throughout the day.
* Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with supervisor, peers and customers.
* Proficient at improving work methods and procedures as a means toward greater efficiency and customer service.
* Able to delegate responsibility appropriately, clearly articulate expectations and give timely feedback.

Salary: $14.50 to $15.50 /hour
