Job Description:

We are seeking Part-Time Dispensary Sales Associates for our Boston Medical Marijuana Dispensary. This is a patient focused sales position for individuals with compassion and sensitivity, and an ability to explain the potential benefits of each various type and strain of medical marijuana to include methods of use.

Qualified candidates must be 21 or older; possess at least 2 years of direct patient care experience, such as a medical office or pharmacy, or high end customer service experience; knowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software, and cash management experience are required.

Position Overview

Under general supervision, Dispensary Sales Associates provide guidance and education to each patient with medical marijuana needs. Associates assist every patient to ensure he or she is receiving the correct medication that will best benefit the patient’s specific illness and medical condition.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Ensures all intake forms and other paperwork is properly completed and filed correctly, then enters all appropriate information in ADILAS for future reference.

Confirms patient purchase limits prior to purchase.

Manage patient records through the use of an MMJ database

Fulfillment of customer orders.

Responsible for the sales and promotion of all Patriot Care products.

Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products

Schedule: Our dispensary is opened 7 days per week, mid-morning to early evening, so we offer a variety of shifts. Weekend availability is required.
